The free gift will be sent at the same time we receive your result from the lab. In order to receive the gift, you must follow the instructions included within the kit, the lab form, the urine bottle must be completed with your personal details, and the sample must be of urine. In order for us to send the free gift to you your address must be given on the lab form. We accept no liability if the gift does not arrive at your home and will not send out any further gifts in this instance.

This offer is open to all residents of Hampshire, except those living on the Isle of Wight. If you are unsure whether or not you live in the correct area, feel free to request a kit and we will advise you further.

This offer is restricted to 2 free gifts per person per year, if further samples are sent they will still be tested, however you will not receive any further free gifts.

The colours and design of the pants and keyrings may differ from those shown, or requested on the form, however the pants will be of the gender requested. This offer is available only whilst stocks last, if we are unable to supply you with your choice of free gift we will endeavour to send an appropriate alternative, although this may not be possible. Pants come in a standard size and we cannot provide an alternative if they do not fit.

Any kits requested by 16-24 year olds in our geographical area will be sent out automatically when requested, however we will need to contact anyone 15 years old to ensure that they are safe, this discussion will remain entirely confidential, unless we believe there to be a risk of harm to either the person requesting the test, or any other person, in which case we have a responsibility to share that information.
